Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is a Canadian actress who is best recognized for her role as deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy series Eureka. Cerra was British Columbian of Italian origin who was born in Vancouver. At the age of eight, she became enamored with acting. She appeared in a variety of commercials for television. Her acting career was interrupted for a while. However, in 2001 she came back to the scene at just the age of 22. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine voted her among Vancouver's top young actors. Cerra played a role in Eureka as a Syfy show that was broadcasted from 2006 to 2012. Cerra played the role of Jo Lupo, a deputy Jo Lupo. The actress also appeared in a 2006 music video for the Michael Buble hit song Save the Last Dance for Me. Cerra's credits include starring roles on a number of critically and widely acclaimed television shows, including Battlestar Galactica. Also, she has appeared in major film releases like Man About Town with Ben Affleck and Rebecca Romijn and Blade:Trinity with Wesley Snipes. Cerras body and head were used as a template to Ashley Williams' character in Mass Effect. Other guest-starring roles she has played include appearances in Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff as well as Dead Like Me. Khondabi stated that she was the middle child and so got to steal clothes from my sister's closets. She was married to Joey Scribner Howard her high school sweetheart who is now an engineer in the mechanical field of the power utility industry. Khondabi said that Joey and she first met in the classroom at Greenwood Christian School, and they remained close throughout their college years, before beginning to date when they were senior high school students. Howard was a student at Irmo after graduating in Dutch Fork High School but the two Khondabi were friends for a while and eventually began to date. Khondabi is graduated in 2007 from the Emerald High School graduate and the 2011 University of South Carolina graduate with a degree broadcast journalism. She was a student of sports management and entertainment. Joey also holds a USC degree. They have one fur baby the dog Liam. Khondabi and Joey love food and her most loved food from home is onion rings in Dixie Drive-In. Dixie Drive-In. Khondabi said: I'm a person who is curious. In my early years I did educational interview which were broadcasted on the news show at the school. I was also responsible for giving out the school's daily headlines. In the days of (then) Oakland Elementary our news program was called WOAK. Khondabi told us that, when she finished college and moved to Augusta Georgia, WAGT was her first job on TV as a news reporter. Khondabi stated that she worked in the news for six years. In Augusta the following Augusta I began my career as a morning reporter for WOWK Charleston West Virginia, and later in Columbus Ohio worked as the morning traffic host, as well as morning news at local ABC and FOX affiliated stations.
